| On October 20, 2005, SICTOM introduced the Special Charge throughout its territory (by deliberation No. 455), based on the law of 13 July 1992 (Article L2333-78 of the CGCT) requiring SICTOM to put in place this charge for household-type waste from public and private establishments.
It distinguishes the cost of services rendered to public and private professionals from that of households. |
